Went to this place called Maggie Moo’s for dinner. Actually, I didn’t have dinner tonight, just dessert. I got a medium cookies and cream milk shake because it’s been so hot and humid out here and I just wanted to get some cold ice cream. When we were walking home from the train station, we saw several people carrying around ice cream cones from McDonald’s. That’s what gave me the idea to get that instead of a real dinner. Service was terrible. It as run by a couple of girls. Seriously, they had to be about 16 years old each. As far as I’m concerned, they’re too young to be working there until closing which is 10 PM. If I were the store manager, I wouldn’t want them there unsupervised. It took about 10 minutes to get my shake and there were only 3 people on front of me. The three were one family so there was only one payment transaction. In the end, the shake wasn’t worth the wait but I got the cold dessert hat I desired.

Dinner
Lunch
Very tight schedule for lunch today. Basically, Chuck and I deployed our samplers and then had 15 minutes or so to get out and perform our next duties. I only had time to buy the sandwich and take a couple bites from it and several gulps from my drink. It was 1:30 PM at the time. Ultimately, I finished that sandwich, drink and had another 32 oz unsweetened iced tea for lunch. It was quite hot today and we were at it all day.
Breakfast
It’s hard to find businesses that are open on Sunday morning. I think this place is open 24 hours per day. Coffee and a donut makeup my breakfast this morning.
Music played while at Starbucks:
Crazy for you: Adele
Hand it over: James Hunter
Change of heart: Teddy Thompson
Please be patient with me: Wilco
Meadow larks: Fleet Foxes
Cyprus Avenue: Van Morrison
It’s amazing how well Shazam works with so much background noise. I’ve never heard any of this music so I relied upon the fact that most artists include the song within the lyrics. All were spot on.
